In response to the race for zero in the ETF industry, iMaps Capital Markets launches the first Flat Fee ETI unique in the ETP industry.

The asset management industry has been under fee pressure for years. In particular, ETFs face a price war, also known as the “race to zero”. iMaps Capital Markets is now bringing this war into ETP Products by launching a product with a zero AuM fee!

The ETI structuring fee will be reduced to USD 12.000 p.a. and covers the fees of the auditors, the listing fees, the costs of independent directors and the fees for paying agents.

“We wanted to bring something very different to the market and have therefore standardized all the components of an ETI to save time and money”, says Andreas Woelfl, Founder and Chairman of iMaps Capital Markets.

“The Flat-Fee ETI does not offer the flexibility of a Flexible  ETI. It is limited to tracking accounts with Interactive Brokers managed under the iMaps master account. However, we are working to add more prime brokers to the Flat-Fee ETI offering” says Günter Woinar, CEO of iMaps Europe.
