Asset managers who are interested in participating in the iMaps Platform undergo a due diligence process and can act as investment managers on a segregated portfolio of the platform with the power of attorney granted. An Exchange Traded Instrument (ETI) from iMaps Capital Markets is issued and listed.
The value of the ETI itself is tied to the performance of a segregated portfolio, providing investors with easy and transparent access to active & alternative investment strategies.

Asset Manager
The asset manager receives the power of attorney to manage the segregated portfolio.
Segregated Portfolio
For each ETI we set up a separate segregated portfolio to ensure separation of assets and liabilities.

iMaps Capital Markets issues the ETI units and secures them by pledging the assets to an independent trustee.
